YQA Capital Management, LLC

Ronn Bagge founded YQA Capital Management, LLC, a Wheaton, Illinois based asset management firm and serves as its principal. Originally formed in 1998 to acquire and manage commercial real estate, YQA later was registered as an investment advisor. Ronn’s current responsibilities include asset management for high net worth clients. He has more than twenty years of professional experience which has included securities analysis, research and trading for institutional and investment banking firms. In addition, in 1988 Ronn acquired Electronic Dynamic Balancing Company, an Elmhurst, Illinois based mechanical repair service provider. He served as CEO and directed the company through a modernization and significant growth. In 2001, he accomplished a strategic sale to RES, an industry growth consolidator. Ronn began his career as a securities analyst for institutional investors, including CT&T Asset Management in Chicago, Illinois (now ABN AMRO) and J.C. Bradford & Co., an investment banking firm in Nashville Tennessee (now UBS). During his career, Ronn’s advice and financial expertise has benefited a number of other organizations. He has served as board member or advisor for several privately held businesses and charitable organizations. He currently serves as a Board Member for the PowerShares Exchange-Traded Fund Trusts, a complex with more than eighty funds and more than thirteen billion in assets under management. Ronn earned a Masters in Business Administration with a major in finance from the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management at Michigan State University.
